The Federation of Efon-Alaaye Students’ Union (FEASU) is proud to announce the inaugural edition of the Barr. Akindele Olowookere Essay Competition, a prestigious writing challenge created to empower and celebrate the intellectual excellence of young minds in Efon-Alaaye.
This competition is exclusively open to Senior Secondary School students — both in public and private schools — residing or originating from Efon-Alaaye, Ekiti State.
📌 Competition Guidelines
- ✅ Eligibility: Open to Senior Secondary School students (SS1–SS3) in Efon Local Government.
- 🏠 Who can apply: Students must either be residents or indigenes of Efon-Alaaye.
- 📆 Submission Period: Opens Monday, July 14th, 2025 and closes 12:00 AM, August 11th, 2025.
- 🚫 No Plagiarism or AI Use: All entries must be original. Any submission found to be plagiarized or AI-generated will be automatically disqualified.
